Welcome to Good Life Therapy. As Registered Social Workers with the Manitoba College of Social Workers, we take great pride in our work and the folks we serve. We are responsible for providing confidential and safe services to all who need them. Our passion is psychotherapy from a holistic, trauma-informed perspective, sensitive to all. Psychotherapy is an intense client-therapist relationship which involves the examination of emotional experiences, behaviour patterns and or mental health issues. Our process involves: Consultation, Intake, Mental Health Screening, Assessment, and Treatment.

We all deserve to be validated for how we think and feel. To tell your story, how you think and feel about it. We can work together and sort out what naturally comes to mind in a safe environment. I use a variety of psychotherapy modalities and will use the one that feels best and right for you. We offer psychotherapy with traditional approaches, CBT modalities, IFS, addiction therapy and modern-day approaches like trauma-based therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), which focuses on the brain's ability to update itself and adapt to the positive present perspective.
